A experi\u00eancia\u00a0 vai at\u00e9 o dia 24 de mar\u00e7o e conta com mais de 130 restaurantes participantes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Com o tema &#8220;Biomas brasileiros: uma jornada gastron\u00f4mica pela diversidade natural&#8221;, o evento convida os participantes a explorar a riqueza e a biodiversidade dos diferentes biomas presentes no Brasil, desde a Floresta Amaz\u00f4nica at\u00e9 o Pantanal e o Cerrado, por meio da culin\u00e1ria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O evento possui uma variedade de restaurantes como, por exemplo, o Coco Bambu, Mezanino, Vasto, Ouri\u00e7o e v\u00e1rios outros.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">O objetivo \u00e9 utilizar os ingredientes nativos de cada bioma, como frutas, vegetais, peixes e carnes espec\u00edficos.
